How to get started

Download inDrive and register

Confirm your phone number and tap the ‘Driver mode’ button in the side menu. Register as a driver

Choose a ride request

In the side menu open the 'City' tab, above the request list enable notifications and choose a ride you’re willing to take

Offer your fare

Choose a request by fare, route and passenger’s rating. Offer your own fare if you want to

Rate your passenger

After the ride is completed don’t forget to rate the passenger. This will help you and other drivers to pick the best requests in future

How to change my driver's info?

Personal info such as phone number or email
• please contact us via Support chat or mail us at support@indrive.com

Profile picture
• send it to us at support@indrive.com — we'll update it within 24 hours

Documents
• in the side menu open your profile and upload new documents. We'll verify it within 24 hours

Bank account
• in the side menu open Wallet and upload new bank info. It takes time to verify your bank details, but you still can accept ride requests"

How to get ready for the ride?

• Keep your car clean and air out the interior. Check that the car is in good working order before the ride.
• Check the mechanical condition of your vehicle regularly. The driver must ensure the passengers' safety en route.
• Have change ready. A driver always needs to be able to make change, even if the passenger wants to pay using large bills.
• Don't pick up other people besides the passenger. Drivers must work alone; third parties are not permitted to be in the car during the ride.To accept ride requests, you have to be free from fatigue and free from drugs and alcohol

How to get more ride requests?

• Keep your priority high: complete more orders and get higher ratings
• Offer a reasonable fare: if your offer is too high, passengers will most likely choose another driver
• Don't cancel accepted orders: frequent cancellations of accepted orders lowers your priority

Can I cancel the accepted order?

You can cancel it any time: please try not to cancel accepted orders to keep your rating high.
If you have to cancel the order, notify the passenger about it as soon as possible. Otherwise complaints cannot be avoided. We temporarily block profiles of drivers who cancel accepted orders too many times

How can I make more money in the app?

The more passengers choose you, the more opportunities to make money you make:
• keep your priority high: complete more orders and get higher ratings
• offer a reasonable fare: if your offer is too high, passengers will most likely choose another driver
• don't cancel accepted orders: frequent cancellations of accepted orders lowers your priorityDepending on your region, you can register in other inDrive services to make even more money

How to delete my account?

In the side menu open Settings and tap 'Delete my account' button. Your request will be redirected to our Support chat. You'll need to have no money on your balance to delete the account.

If you haven't been blocked on the service and you owe nothing on your balance, we will delete your account within 24 hours.

If there is money on your balance, we will refund the money within 10 business days from the moment we receive your request
