How to get started

Download inDrive and register
Confirm your phone number and tap the "Driver mode" button in the side menu. Register as a driver.
Choose a ride request
On the side menu, open the ‘City’ tab. Above the request list, enable notifications and choose a ride that you are willing to take.
Choose your passenger
Choose a request by looking at the routes and passenger ratings.
Rate your passenger
After the ride is completed don’t forget to rate the passenger. This will help you and other drivers to pick the best requests in future.

How do I know if I’m getting the right price?

The inDrive app calculates the price based on standard regulations.

Can i pay by card?

You can pay for the ride in cash or via Digital wallet (i.e. GCash, Maya) as agreed with the driver by indicating this method when requesting for the ride. Payment by credit card is not provided in the service. This makes rides even more profitable, as it allows you to avoid additional bank commission.

What are the requirements?

  • Must be between 21-65 years old
  • Valid Professional Driver's License
  • LTO Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) or Sales Invoice/Delivery Note of vehicle dealer
  • LTFRB Documents
  • Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance

What is a passenger rating?

A passenger rating is automatically generated based on its order history, and also depends on the availability of false orders, complaints from the driver about the conflict, unpaid trips.

Are cars equipped with child seats?

Be sure to indicate the need for a child seat in the ride options so that drivers with equipped cars can respond to your order. In the comments, specify the number of children, their age or the category of the necessary child restraint.

How to delete an account?

Send a scan of an application for deleting an account in any form to e-mail support@indriver.com.
